A 19thC gold measuring weight from the
Baule people of the Ivory Coast in the form
of a trumpet. There are human jaw bones around the aperture of the instrument. Made of lost wax technique bronze with an aged patina. A fine casting.  In good condition.. Wear commensurate with tribal use. We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Height 4cm approx
