A TERRACOTTA VESSEL FETISH, EWE TRIBE TOGO (No 3382)

An encrusted terracotta power object from
the Ewe tribe of Ghana. A clay vessel with
two apertures, one on either side. Natural
pigments and other libations were applied in
ceremony to start the spiritual life of the
artefact. Has an encrusted patina from regu-
lar ceremonies. Good collectable condition.
We guarantee this item has been tribally
used. Length approx 15cm
