A 50cm FEMININE OFFERING ALTAR FIGURE FROM EWE TRIBE OF GHANA( No 1804)

This is a gorgeous tall feminine offering altar figure from the Ewe tribe of Ghana, west Africa.  Has an attractive simplified form with large sized, outstretched cupped hands.  She is balancing an object on her head.  The patina is has remnants of natural kaolin pigment and some weathering. In good condition. Custom mounted.  We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Height 50cm approx
