This is a substantially sized and finely woven Tutsi basket with lid, from Rwanda. Simple form but generous form. Features a well used patina which has darkened with age. In good condition., with wear, particularly at the base and rim which has woven repairs. We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Height approx 55cm
